How We Get Paid
We believe this should be clear from the beginning.
In many cases, 1868 Capital enters into an agreement with a seller at one price, then assigns that agreement or resells our position to a buyer at a higher price.
The difference is how we earn our fee.
Example
If you agree to sell your property for $500,000 and we secure a buyer at $510,000, 1868 Capital earns the $10,000 difference.
You are not paying a separate fee. You are choosing a direct, private transaction at terms you already agreed to.
